Ya, I'm the same height. Was stuck at 184lbs forever, and before that had peaked at like 192. I'm 174 now and feel like I still have a few pounds to go
Honestly fam it all comes down to eating better. Cut back on the portions, drink more water and increase fruits/ vegetable intake. You WILL start losing weight
just weighed myself after running a 5mi trail run earlier. Crazy to think this is the most I've EVER weighed and I've been eating well training for another Half-Marathon in August.
