Besides turtles, dark knight is the movie I remember going back to the theater Sunday and Monday to see it after seeing it Friday night

It's gone sound weird but The Mummy is my fav summer movie. Bc it's the first movie I remember going out as a kid and seing with my parents and being hella excited before and after the movie. But I think it came out May 4th or early may or some shyt so I guess it technically doesn't qualify

Someone put Friday on their list. That came out in April, so yeah The Mummy counts. As soon as the FF franchise told us summer starts in April and everyone started following their lead, you're good homie.

Breh if you don't stop being sensitive about MY list of shyt I loved and means a lot to ME, I'm going to tag you in a TSC thread and they'll make your life miserable

T2 meant more to me as an adult than as a 5 year old who saw it in the theaters. The rest mean more to me than anything above it, hence it being last. This isn't a list of the BEST summer movies, it's a list of favorites and there's a huge difference between the two. Stop acting brand new

My 2008 summer was real quiet.

And "A guide to recognizing your saints", "pineapple express", and "the wackness" were a huge part of that.

I think i watched more new movies that year than any other year of my twenties. I've been chillin for the most part since then. I gotta play catch up.

Even '08 flicks that didn't get love like quantum of solace, nick and norah's, random flicks I like just cause it was that year. I'm not sure if they count, just felt like adding that...
