Rap music is something ain't it? The way these pictures is painted
You swear these nikkas is dangerous, the gangsta shyt they be saying
Lock em up in the booth with a half ounce of that cannabis
Sit back, and watch the outlandish shyt they portraying
But, soon as you see em they freeze up like in museums
Them statues, you like, "Is that the dude, that said he was gonna (pop you)"
nikkas get running before you finish ya sentence
And then they back to riffing, when they off at the safe distance
You like, you was just here, you disappear like magicians
In thin air, I'm like damn, nikka at least keep it consistent
I hear you baiting me lately, I been doing my best just to stay hater free
Still watch what you say to me
Sooner or later I take you up on your offer
And put you all in ya place like I'm replacing ya father
You talking, to the author, the architect of The Blueprint
My DNA in ya music, muthafukka you stupid?

this nikka Hov BODIED Weezy lol stop it :whew:

Californ-i-a by way of BK
"Coward on mixtapes and interviews, I'm hearing you
Certain dissidents diss from a distance
Disrespect and discriminate
nikka I laminate that ass
And wear it at the New Music Seminar for a badge"

"Superiority complex
Based on old statistics, now listen
Respect due to the pioneers
But what you borough did in eighty-three
Is ancient history, bruh
So why these nikkas acting like
Since they live in the state
That rap originates
They automatically, all time greats
It takes classic material to make phat shyt
Not proof of New York residence and an accent"

- Ras Kass dising NY rappers going at the West Coast and Q-Tip specifically.

One of my favorite subliminal disses was probably unintentional.

"C-Arson is asking yall:
is Ras Kass the last to fall victim for wearing no mask at all?
No gimmicks; just me being me..."

On a track with Bobby Digital, RZA's masked alter-ego.

My theory's always been Ras Kass wanted a guest verse like what RZA was spitting in 97 but instead got a much weaker Bob Digi verse so he subconsciously vented that frustration in the middle of his own verse.
