I used to watch this as a kid, and a lot of the jokes went over my head. Now that I'm grown, I can fully appreciate it now. They were wildin on that show, and Roscoe Lee Brown and Robert Guillaume were brilliant. Underrated classic. I even put my wife up on it.
People look at me like I'm crazy when mention this show. They act like it never existed. I remember Chris's pops looked at him and said "You're a horses ass ." His own pops couldn't stand himGet A Life
Had me DYING as a kid.
My homeboy's dad would be in his room high as hell cracking up at this shyt. We used to wonder why he thought it was so funny til one day we sat down and watch it after smoking and laughed our asses off. I can't front, there's something about British humor. I can watch that and Benny Hill all day.Are You Being Served?
Out All Night. Prime time Saturday on NBC. I can't remember, but it came on before or after that show with Malcolm Jamal Warner as a teacher. I think there were a couple of other shows in that lineup too. With Patti Labelle, Vivica Fox and Morris Chestnut?
That was a good show
