1. pushups/pullups/chinups
2. dips
3. running


i picked these because im a big guy (6'3 1/2" 230 lbs) but i can do well above average on these exercises for my size...and that im most proud of more than my actual lifts and the core foundation to my conditioning



from a lifting standpoint
1. dumbbell triceps extensions
2. shrugs (barbell, dumbbell, or smith machine)
3. bench press

Deadlifts: the ultimate.

Skull crushers: always had strong triceps, satisfying slapping a 45 plate on each side and busting these out.

Sqauts: nothing else makes me feel like im gonna barf in the gym like squats.
