Why is the black woman the only one who isn’t slim? Can you find me ONE, just one campaign where the white women are all fat and only the black woman/women are slim? Because the former is a reoccurring trope.

Breh, he can see it, they can see it. They all see it! The problem is there are those who too scared to challenge the status quo so they pretend it’s YOU that has the problem.

And there are those who are just happy to be acknowledged even if they’re being denigrated. So they don’t mind being the token fat black one under the guise of body positivity. As long as they have a seat at the table, right?
