Okay this is seriously irking me. On Chrome, whenever I load up a youtube video, the video stops prematurely and the replay button comes up. When i click it, the video then only plays for the time it went up to e.g. a 5 minute video shows that it's only 54 seconds long.

I tried reinstalling chrome, deleting the browser cache, cleaning the registry, reinstalling flash nothing work.

I tried Firefox and it does the same shyt.

:mindblown: Wtf is causing this?? Also on Firefox whenever I try to post on here, the cursor and text area seems unresponsive. It doesn't show the cursor and no text comes up although typing in the url bar works.

Do you have any addons/plugins that may be interfering? What operating system are you using? etc etc..

Have you tried Chromium-- the open source base for Chrome-- from The Chromium Projects ?

Also, opt into the HTML5 trial of YouTube and see how that goes for you. YouTube

Nope I have firefox installed fresh and it does it and so does Google Chrome.

I haven't tried Chromium and I can't seem to find a download link for it.

It seems to be a flash problem because it does this in any browser. It's like the video plays for 15 seconds or so and then just ends. It's not my connection as I get 20Mb/s down.

If you're convinced it's a flash issue...

If you're on Linux try: sudo apt-get -purge flashplugin*

..in a terminal, followed by a reboot then: sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer

If you're on Windows try the Flash Player Uninstaller and roll back to a previous version from a site like oldversion.com

Still haven't got this fixed. I found a workaround though and that's using a windows 8 youtube app. It works fine there. :yeshrug:
