that shyt is locker room molly
did they say player are only tested for recreational drugs once a year?
Would that not fall under that catgory?
from this article:
Giants running back Andre Brown was using Adderall with a prescription but without advance approval from the league. *He tested positive, he appealed, and his suspension was lifted. *Ditto for Texans punter Brett Hartmann, whose four-game suspension was cut to three and who now has approval to take Adderall.
and then from Adderall's Wikipedia page:
The New York Giants running back Andre Brown (American football) faced a four-game suspension for violating NFL's performance-enhancing substance ban. Brown said: It was something that I've been on since I've been in the league, which was Adderall. I just forgot to fill out some paperwork and that was it. [50] Brown eventually won an appeal, and had his suspension lifted.[51]
Seems like you can take it if you have a prescription, a valid reason to take it, and correctly notify the league, so I don't know it's still not clear if you can or can't take it in the NFL.
it's not new tho breh... for the last 8-10 years, college kids have been using it to cram extra hours into the day.
ritalin turns normal people into zombies, but adderall will turn you in a meth like junkie.
keep in mind, the league doesn't announce which PED the player tested positive for... so it could easily be the player's agent just saying "oh, it was just Adderall" as a cop out
smh at the thought of Laron Landry getting suspended for PEDs and trying to claim that Adderall shyt

Dog, i'm talking about sports wise... I graduated a couple years ago I know what's up... I just didn't know it was used heavy in the league though.
These nikkas did go to school breh, it's that you're seeing the people who were in school when it's use became really rampant, getting busted for it.
this generation was the first to really start taking shyt like ritalin, adderall and being diagnosed with ADHD.
it's not like you're seeing cats in the league for 10 years getting busted for it.
