yep. if fish is very high quality it can be eaten raw. the same basic thing is true for beef and lamb but it is definitely riskier than fish. but thats why a lot of different cultures have raw beef dishes like steak tartare, carpaccio, kitfo

Bruh sometime we carve up a shibi (small yellowfin tuna) on the boat. If you like sushi it's amazing. Just have to bleed it and cool it down first.
