Tennis is only good if there’s a rivalry. Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi are long gone so who gives a shyt unless Federer is up vs Nadal? Know what I mean? Even Serena is only interesting because you want to see how far she can extend her dominance. There’s no drama to it. There’s no rival. And when it comes to Golf, you’re not golfing against anyone. Not really anyway. So there’s not that same competitive spirit expressed outwardly to the point that casual viewer can attach themselves. With NASCAR it’s too boring. Yeah driving on the oval has technical strategy and all that. But it’s worse than Formula 1 so why bother? Just watch F1.

I don't think the hate for esports stems from its existence. It stems moreso from it being broadcasted.

I hardly watch baseball but I ALWAYS check out little league world series. It's just something so fun and wholesome watching the kids. I wanted to play in it SO BAD when I was a kid. Always wanted to play Japan or DR.

Even college basketball is broadcast over the course of the winter so you can learn the players.

Women's softball where they do a windmill to throw the ball, shyt is gabbage. Classic car auctions? Yo what in the fukk? Competitive cheerleading, man come on.

When I was a kid and I turned to Fox and saw Nascar, I couldn't scramble fast enough to change the channel. It was always some Boomhauer sounding announcer talking about Bobby Labonte. I couldn't tell you what Bobby Labonte looks like either.
