There are 55 countries and most military bases are not near the slums of major metropolis

I was in Bad Kreuznach a few years ago on a school trip and the only Black people I saw were those on the trip.
Seen up to 8 million on some sites.

The vast majority living in Paris. Outside of that, black people are virtually non-existant.

I gave the number for blacks. most of these Africans are maghrebis.
so counted together it could be close to 7-8 millions yes. difficult to say because France does not allow ethnic stats.

Duck tales, I've been to all of those countries and I saw black people on the daily in the top cities there. You are lying or they were looked up somewhere in a small village with 500 people. There were black people all over Spain, France, Portugal and Italy when I went....even in Germany but not as much as the ones mentioned above (but I did see them daily in numbers).
