Plot twists in horror movies/thrillers don't really get me because I pretty much expect something crazy to happen given the genre. It's normally plot twists in comedies that get me. Two biggest ones for me were

That girl in that movie deserved an Academy Award. The movie was truly the mindfukk of mindfukks .... but there were no loose ends. Try to fight fate and end up preserving the timeline.

Dr Who is a worldwide phenomenon. Gender regenerations is canon from the 70s ... which is why the Doctor being always the same was suspect.
