Honestly?
I never see big folks order that much food.
Big people tend to graze and might eat a mix of healthy food and junk food, but just have a continuous flow of food throughout the day. Oatmeal for breakfast, a handful of cookies, a nice big salad for lunch, some more cookies and a can of soda, a slice of pizza, some chicken nuggets on the way home, fish & broccoli for dinner and then some more cookies at 2 am.
The skinny/lean brehs will go 20 hours without eating but then when you DO see them eat.........they'll scarf up a whole hamburger/pepperoni pizza, pasta, cheesecake, soda and breadsticks in one sitting. That same breh will not want to eat again for like a full day.
People think skinny brehs have fast metabolism but the difference between "fast" and "slow" metabolism is like 300 calories max. Skinny people either eat very little in general or they basically fast mostly and then go on a quick food binge before fasting again. Big people never eat as much in one sitting; they just constantly eat small meals. That's OK if you're lifting/cardio heavy but they usually aren't exercising with enough intensity to justify the constant grazing.
