First Avenger wins this one for me. I still haven't watch this movie straight through and I tried 3 times lol
First avenger is underrated imo. One of my favorite MCU films. The sequel kinda enhanced it for me though.
It's low key a great contrast to winter soldier when you break it down. First avenger was the same story Cap vs Hydra, but in Black n White, good versus evil form.
Winter soldier was Cap vs Hydra but grey. Look at the cast, are essentially the same person. but different.

Instead of Tony Stark - Howard Stark
Instead of Agent Romanov - Agent Carter
Instead of Director Fury - Colonel Phillips
Instead of the Strike Team - Howling Commando's
Still Got Cap
Still Got Bucky

Shows you the difference in era's as everybody in essentially the same roles as the contemporaries of the modern era, but are were trust worthy and less duplicitous by comparison. Even Cap and Bucky themselves. Great for his character arc and development.

Avengers compound
It wasn’t a bad film I was just not that interested in it
I liked ghost and the actress playing her
I liked the quantum realm aspect
I liked the Janet story
Most of the jokes fell flat and the louis scenes were forced to me in this one.
I think by making ant man 3 a hybrid young avengers movie and having kang in it will raise the stakes and make the ant man films matter
I'd agree if a new director was coming. Peyton Reed had me:unimpressed:for the most part in part 2. I enjoyed Antman 1 a lot though :ehh:

Winter Soldier is my favorite MCU. Was very hesitant to watch it at first because I hated the first movie so much. Eventually I’ll give the first one a shot, especially since I just finished Agent Carter and enjoyed that show

A good chunk of their catalog has bored me.

The whole Iron Man series
Thor 1
Avengers 1
Ant Man - I was excited to watch this and fell asleep.

Dark World. It took me years and multiple attempts to watch it in full. The only movie that I paid to watch in theaters that I walked out of in the middle of it.

Even if a movie is bad, I'll stick through it to get my money's worth but I couldn't do it with Dark World. :francis:

If we're talking about the entire Marvel movie catalog, then it's got to be 2003's Hulk. Some of the pre MCU Marvel movies are bad but not boring. Ang Lee's Hulk is BORING!

Thor 2 is a cheapshot but does anyone care about the Ant Man series, or even the second Spider-Man movie?
Ant-Man was ok. Haven't watched 2 but read the synopsis on Wikipedia and don't have a desire to watch it. Haven't cared much for the MCU Spider-Man movies. He's been better in the movies where he makes an appearance (Civil War, Infinity War) than his own outings.

I barely even remember Far From Home and I watched it twice. :francis:

I did not realize people really did not like The first Cap movie. I really enjoyed it. Not like the others of course but I look at it like the 2nd season of The Wire. Its off the beaten path but it is critical to the story so it has value. We have to know Caps origin and how he ended up in the ice.

Having to know his origin doesn't excuse a trash movie bruh.
