They say a month won't do any significant muscle loss if you eat properly. But fukk that. If I take more then 4 days off I feel like I lost gains
This ...I think it also depends on what you do for a lot of the time. If you do mild manual labor while not lifting, I'd think you're gains would last longer than if you sat in front of a computer for that time.
By gains are you meaning visual gains or performance gains?
Why would you lose visual gains if your nutrition is on point?Right?
Visual gains... two weeks I suppose.
Performance gains... a month. I've taken 2 and half to 3 weeks off and went in and picked up where I left off.
