Oakland is so similar in terms of trend setting and basically being a state instead of a city... Same as Harlem just a different atmosphere, Frisco the same way

The bay area is unique and like no other parts of California, same as Harlem, have their own vibe and flavor

Oakland has had its own rich history and unique identity, I’ve never heard the need for anybody to compare it to Harlem
