My cousin went to Penn state so I got a chance to go a couple games. One game was the 2005 White out game against OSU. Loudest place I've ever been.
This is wrestling but I was at the house show when the kliq gathered in the ring before kevin nash and scott hall left to wcw to form nwo.
One of my oldest/best friends went to Penn State too, I only went to the Blue vs. White game where they play each other, but the atmosphere was still one of the most electrifying environments I've ever been in. Penn State's campus in general is really incredible, but on game day (as I imagine almost all college campuses are) it's just an entirely different beast.
For the Blue/White game we tailgated on the side of this hill with 500+ people easily, could've been 1000+, I couldn't estimate accurately, but that very well could've been the single best sports moment of my life, just being a part of that. We were out the night before drinking and shyt, went to eat and then couldn't call it a night so we just chilled outside my boy's dorm until like 430-5 am just bullshytting with everyone walking by and trying to pick up chicks, and by 8-9 am the campus, and us, was buzzing already. So much energy, from people of all age groups too because of the alumni.
And wrestling ain't my thing, but if you enjoy it, fukk it, keep enjoying it and share the story, that's the point of the thread.
