I understand where you coming from, but I grew up eating sour shyt like corner store pickles so I got use to sour shyt early.

Also, love a good jewish deli. Every sandwich is typically good. My favorite, though, is stacked corned beef on a latke, with a smear of sour cream, fried onion strings on challah.
