Whats the GOAT 'End of the World' flick?

Children Of Men, lasting 20 minutes tracking shot was

You had blood gushing on the lens, and they just kept it there.

That scene was so nuts it scared the shiit out of me.

Im going to throw in the movie, Seeking A Friend For the End of the World. Its a decent movie...more of a comedy i guess, but the reason i put it in is, the sheer hopelessness of their situation. The rock coming to hit Earth was like the size of the Moon lol. And they hit you over the head with the depressing realization that everyone WILL die in the first 3 minutes of the movie. shyt was

2012 was the worst cliched movie I ever had the unfortunate of witnessing. Cliches' from the first second to the last god-awful minute. Thandie coulnd't even save that .

Independence Day for the fact it was the first movie I'd ever seen as a kid where the Black man was the Hero and DIDN'T die. Will Smith's swag was so high that dude mastered flying an Alien aircraft in five minutes

I enjoyed Day After Tomorrow even though it was corny.


But the BEST end of the world movie I've ever seen is Children Of Men, for some reason that flick is severely underrated
