Good-to-great beats :ld:

Everyone outside of Rocky should NEVER step near a microphone ever again :snoop:

Jim Jones' ad-lib game is still top-notch, but that verse

Beats were dope. Asap Ferg is dope. Choppas on Deck, Full Metal Jacket & Work are good to me. Ferg & Rocky should'v held the tape down. Them Flatbush dudes was good too.

The rest of the Mob should handle security or something.

Ferg tho. That dude got the juice nh.

Really enjoyed the tape, wasn't expecting too much tbh. Rocky is pretty decent, but some of these other A$AP dudes are just too :scusthov:
However they are breathing some new life in to NY rap again...

A$AP Mob » (Video) A$AP Rocky Interview with Bootleg Kev at MTV VMA 2012

Asaprocky talking about the mixtape at the VMAs

Pretty much said he wasn't involved in my mixtape like he wanted to, and if he wanted to be involved like he wanted to, the mixtape wouldn't be out yet. Also said the mixtape was kinda rushed because his core fans were getting mad for waiting so long.

And talks about rihanna, iggy and other stuff.

Props to Rocky for speaking his mind and not on some "Oh the tape is dope we the illest and blah blah blah", sounds like a cool cat.

And was the wait THAT long? I mean they had a couple of tracks out, Goldie, Bath salts, Work, it's not like they totally disappeared after LiveLoveAsap either?

I fukk wit A$AP Rocky heavy...but that mixtape was cheeks man. Not feeling most of the beats. And some of them A$AP nikkas deliverys are wacker than wack...Only 3 songs made it onto my Ipod..."The Way To Go" "Jay Reed" and "Bath Salts" (for Rockys verse)

Funny thing is, I remember the same reaction to Dipset back in the day with people saying it's a waste of beats cause lyrics are trash. People said everyone in the crew sucked except Cam. Rocky is Cam in this instance. Now people are reminiscing and wishing for a movement like that again. Well guess what cocksuckers, this is the fukking movement you've been waiting for. Enjoy it while it's here or don't try to claim to miss it when it's gone.

entertaining as hell, crazy replay value. Thuggin Noise, Banging on Waxx, Choppas on Deck, Gotham City, Persian Wine are the standouts to me

I love thought provoking lyricism as much as the next man but sometimes a nygga just wants to listen to stupid, ignorant shyt that's fun to rap to when he's drunk/high. this mixtape is perfect for that. Ferg definitely isn't a good rapper in the technical sense but he's currently one of my favorites just off the strength of his mic presence and flows
