I've heard a lot on body building forums about peanut butter and its beneficial to some meals if your either a cutter or bulkier. But why though :leostare:?

I'm currently in a cutting stage just trying to get my body fat down to at least 10% so I can at least get a better chest and finally some abs :flabbynsick:

Bulking wise its calorie dense with protein if you have trouble hitting cals and macros

Cutting wise I'm not sure but its low carb and provides protein, at the same time is can suck up a lot of cals on a cut if you don't measure correctly

it's perfect when the end of the day approaches and you realize you haven't met your caloric needs. It's relatively clean. The "fully hydrogenated oil" scares people but partially hydrogenated oil is the problem.

Just a calorie dense food that tastes delicious. Lots of good fats, mediocre protein count, relatively low carb.

btw as far as measuring how much you're getting, the serving size on the back says 2 tablespoons which is equal to 1 ounce.

I stick with 1 table spoon just cause I'm on a cut. Wasn't sure if more than that would be bad or not
