Breaking Bad is the most coherent long game story telling show i've probably seen. Game of Thrones was there but then fell off.

Breaking Bad was always meant to go 5 seasons and Gilligan never wavered from the script..

The planning where there was subtle shyt set up fully 3 seasons in advance was :mindblown:

The Simpsons (90s era)

Good catch, those 4th-5th-6th-7th seasons of The Simpsons were some of the greatest writing in sitcom history. Jokes with levels to the levels and some of the most educated subliminals ever, while still fitting it into coherent and well-developed storylines among a large group of highly fleshed out characters. They singlehandedly took American cartoons to another level.

Since you a TLK and Spartacus stan you definitely should watch it breh. Black Sails >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Pirates Of The Caribbean.

I loved it from beginning to end but the first season was too slow for some folks (lots of world-building/pirate politics) but I urge you to stick with it. Characters get deep (folks you think you love/hate you'll switch up on), great swashbuckling violence, ship combat doesn't look cheap at all and it's intense as fukk. The gritty pirate show I've always wanted. :blessed:

im about to binge :ehh:
