Trying out Maxthon Cloud Browser, pretty smooth so far. Just needs a better adblocking extension. 1080p vids on vimeo and youtube play with no stutter also which I like. Memory usage isnt bad either

IE10. No joke reliable, fast and doesn't hog up the CPU like Chrome.

I still have nightmares of my IE days, but firefox and chrome kill me with the resource hogging. I just need them extensions.... and 20 tabs open at all times. Is that too much to ask?
