If you haven;t beaten or started skyrim on PC can u play the DLC?.....(I would only be downloading the PC version solely to play the DLC)

you have to get to level 10 to start either DLC. I think Dragonborn is better. make sure you get the hi-res texture pack too

Can i use that level up cheat where i just hack my horse on the hardest level then fast forward to him being healed and repeat trick to quickly upgrade to level 10 like i did on the 360?
