What's the best rivalry in the NFL today?

Guaranteed fukkery any time these two meet on the same field. They've given us so many classics

2003 The one where McGinnest stopped Edge on the 1.
2004 Season Opener (Manning gets sacked and Vanderjagt misses the game tying field goal)
2006 AFC Championship (faceguarding )
2007 The closest the Pats came to losing that year.

Im not really into these new rivalries from the last 10 years as much as the long standing ones that lasted generations like many in the nfc east and afc west that are 50 years and running

The only few year rivalry that entertained me and was must watch to me was Colts Pats because of how the Pats were the only roadblock to the Colts and Peyton winnign a title for years and years and to see them continually get beat in the playoffs then get over the hump the way they did was intriguing as hell

Cowboys/Niners, Packers/Niners, Cowboys/Packers were all entertaining as hell when the three teams basically ran the NFL.. but those rivalries have fallen off quite a bit in recent years.

49ers/Giants was renewed last season. It was great through the 80's and early 90's.

NO and ATL always play close but we own them nikkas
Sea/SF has potential but neither team has been good enough outside of this year to call it a rivalry.
And Philly and NYG seem to have had some close games in the recent past. That might be up there

I think the Seahawks/Niners has the potential to be the best going forward .


In fact, I love watching all the defenses in the NFC West.I think AZ's D is right there with the Seahawks and Niners, but they have the worst offense in the league.


Rams have some nice pieces on D, to.



I expect the Superbowl winner to come out of that division at least twice in the next 3 years
