PB&J. A nicely loaded pb&j with a yogurt or something will fill you up for lunch break about the same as anything else. I’ll eat 2 of them bytches for dinner and not think twice

Worst thing ever. We used to have that shyt when was growing up. The look on my face when my granny would pull them cans of "Honey Boy" Salmon out the cabinet. My sister loved it I vowed to never touch it once I was on my own. I've kept my word on that. Oh and frying it up would stink up the house for two days
