Be in the Midwest and include multiple cities and rural areas. Make stores actually matter, like have a Lowes where u can buy things to customize your house, Best Buy to get new TV's and shyt like that, big ass Costco for miscellaneous shyt.

More fukkin places to go inside of, like seriously, they regressed with this for every single game. Randomly generate shyt for ALL HOUSES. All crabs should be enterable, and breaking in can get u merked if the owner is there. Parties with invite posters thru the city and add shyt to do in the clubs.

Failed missions should change your story. Bunch of other shyt

Theres so much R* could still do with GTA to keep it fresh. I personally wouldn't mind playing as a corrupt cop, it would open up a whole load of gameplay possibilities.

Or even have it set in the near future. R* have always struck me as quite a creative bunch so it would be interesting to see how they would do that.

Also, I've always wanted to see some sort of prison gameplay. Everytime theres a jail in a GTA game it's pretty much just a prop for the game world. There could be a section of the game where you get sent to jail which opens up a strand of missions within the prison. Kinda like what Mafia 2 done but more in depth.

With regards to setting, I'd like to see them go back to Vice City but include a carribean island or part of South America as a secondary part of the map. (think Scarface TWIY)

Lastly I'd like to see them give GTA a more serious tone. Don't get me wrong it's always good to have one or two funny characters, but in GTA V it felt like every other character was intended to be funny. I just want to see a more gritty/serious tone than all this comedy bullshyt. Oh and they need to drop the musical score.

For me personally, V was a disappointment. It just seems as if they wanted it to be a practice session before unveiling their main squeeze, GTA Online. (The sheer amount of features available in Online and not SP is proof of his).

Which leads me to think Online is their baby from now on. They've basically said it's their priority from now on....so who knows what this means for future titles.

Mexican cartel would be dope. I live in Houston too, so it would be cool to see it in a video game.

Would have made a lot of sense for this to be GTA V's storyline.

How comes people aren't too keen on rural areas?

I think they can add a lot to the game if done correctly. In GTA V they fukked it up IMO just seemed like a load of pointless mountains, shyt was just empty.

It was done a lot better in San Andreas tbh

The cartels have been the definitive criminal mainstays in North American news and pop culture for this generation and they've played themselves with not even touching on it.

Sicario's story showed how many levels to this shyt there is. Cartels at war on both sides of the border, various government agencies breaking all sorts of laws to fight them on their level, and the Colombian cartels trying to weaken the Mexican cartels.

London and anything out of the U.S. in general ain't happening.
Things can change, but I wouldn't recommend holding your breath.

"I think for us, my gut feeling is, GTA London was cool for the time, but games were more limited then," Houser said. "These days I think we would love to set a game in the UK, set in London, whatever, but I don't know if it would be a GTA game. I think there are plenty of great stories we could tell about the UK, great environments to showcase, great gameplay mechanics that could have a UK bent to them--I just don't think it would be a GTA necessarily."

Houser explained that Rockstar Games has "many" ideas for new games, but it does not have the development bandwidth to pursue everything it wants to. His own perception is that "GTA is America," he said.

I'd like to see either a new city entirely or Vice City personally.
