shyt lasted 2 weeks and then everyone and their mama bought and played that shyt


they just lazy... the issue with a new city... would be mapping out that entire city and coming up with a totally new everything for it

I think real time construction would be cool.

Like remember when they released the first trailer and screens, everyone thought the Mile High club might get completed over the course of the game. But it stayed how it was for the whole game.

Would have been cool if it got completed over time.

R* have confirmed that multiple protagonists in single player will now be a staple feature.

I can see the next one having 3 different cities with 3 different protagonists inhabiting each one before they converge.
