Money.. especially in this economy. To me happiness in life will come primarily from what happens outside of work, and the more money I have, the more likely this will come about. Work will be work regardless, it's better when you make more money

Have you worked a full time job before ?

If you work a full time job, its pretty much your whole day.. so you better be happy with it.

Ive worked for AT&T, Honda, Chase and now Verizon. Chase and Verizon are way better career opporuntitys than I had at AT&T but I never felt like it was "work" at AT&T with the team and store I had, I never thought or woke up like "fukk I gotta work today.."

Chase is only closest thing to that because you cant beat banker hours so you do actually have a life outside of work, but outside of banking and a few other corporate jobs, your job is your life outside of your family.

If you work a full time job, the people at your job will become your 2nd family because you will see them so much. If you cant work with someone AND you cant stand your job, unless you making twice as you were from your previous job its not worth it.

So if you making 2x as much you think its worth it?

Right now I'm lookin at both :youngsabo:

Anyways, happiness isn't dependent upon circumstance. If happiness isn't within you when you're broke, it will still be seemingly unattainable when you're getting good money.

Me personally, I can live on a range of different incomes, so I'd take the easier, less stressful job for less pay cause I work to live, I don't live to work. That stress shyt will make you ugly and hate life with the quickness and ultimately kill you one day

If you making 50k barely making your bills/rent and someone offered you a similar job for 100k with similar days off/vacation then yeah id say go handle your business

but if you going from 50-60k a year and you go to 60-70k a year nah it aint worth it.. the extra 10-20gs might seem like a lot more, but over a year its just not worth it I promise.
