4 billion warchest is great but only if Cohen actually does something with it that will pay out. My problem isn't that he raised a bunch of capital for the company, it's that he keeps killing momentum without having a plan of what to do with it.

That's a LOT of cash on hand with little to no debt; and I can't see them buying out someone, because the only player in their space is what? Valve? Amazon? GOG? Best Buy? Origin?
