You can't keep diluting every time the stock jumps. You're not doing anything with the money you've raised and have given shareholders no tangible plan.
So why hold if not for the squeeze?
He has raised multiple times. It's time to stop offerings and let the thing ride. You've cleared yourself legally by stopping momentum multiple times.

I'm not trying to gas Cohen but there's some context missing there. He just simply invested and wanted to help them but they didn't care to let him in.
