Means not only do entertainers/celebs troll people, but fans do too. Because of all the social media, vines, worldstar, youtube clips etc everybody now enjoy novelty acts like a mug. Or they claim to do for shyts and giggles. So maybe they can make a little twitter joke about it that'll become viral or them doing some dumb dance to it that becomes viral..
