Then after co signing X for years on that Crip shyt having C walk all up in their videos, he basically went saying Xzibit is industry and not Crip, then disses Xzibit the WC song in the name of the streets, "don't be c walking f you don't see crippin".........

just looked it up real quick, looks like it was a new baby boy, pre mature birth and died after a week. by the sounds of the Thank You song he must have lost someone else as well, mother/father, sounds like they were pretty important in his life whoever it was.

At the Speed of Life and 40 Days and 40 Nights are both borderline West Coast classics. When Restless came out and went platinum, I was positive Xzibit was going to solidify himself as one of the top West Coast rappers to ever do it. Pimp My Ride fukked EVERYTHING up. You can't be rapping about the shyt he was rapping about and then be on tv smiling extra hard and high fiveing geeks. It doesn't work. So once the music shyt fizzled, he tried to go the Hollywood route, and that didn't pan out either. So now he's back to the music. Good luck with that Alvin.

And yo, on a sidenote, did anyone else ever notice that everyone on Pimp my Ride JUST HAPPENED to all live in the SAME neighborhood????
