My core 100x stronger & my body is visibly tighter. @Robvanham can't keep his hands off of me!
& I recently cut out red meat from my diet & I've cut out soda for a year now.
I only eat lean chicken, turkey, & fish for protien & I only drink water.. I sometimes add in crystal light for flavor.
& I've cut out pasta completely & substituted it for a quarter cup of rice :D
More water. Portioning. Trying not to go from 0-60 when offended. More reading.
I wanna drink more water. Props on that.
It's been easier to do since it became hotter. Water and Gatorade. Other beverages aren't cutting it anymore (except apple juice).

That's what up. Grew up singing and playing instruments. Took time off from the studio after HS. Last 3 weeks I've been hitting up the studio. Got crazy amount of vids that I made cover songs or the ones I wrote myself. I'm dropping most of them next week on youtube. Im serious with it now.
