I do the following:

Day 1: Shoulders/Traps/Forearms/Abs

Day 2: Back/ Biceps

Day 3: Chest/ Triceps

Day 4: Legs/ Abs

Usually go to the gym every other day, so this is basically my workout schedule for each week

day 1 upper body bench day w/assistance /light conditioning sdr
day 2 lower body squat day w/ box jumps, assistance & abs
day 3 sprint work
day 4 upper body rep day ("bodybuilding" day) w/ push press & weakness focus
day 5 lower body dead lifts, depth jumps & front squats w/abs or swimming
day 6 conditioning w/ basic strongman training & ldr
day 7 off

I usually cherry pick assistance from the 40 inch vert program or ws4sb3 and do 3 week waves of plyometrics with 2 weeks off since they are intense on the CNS.

Best strength, aesthetic and athletic gainz I've seen in my 3+ years of training. I can break it down into more detail if anybody likes. Wish I knew what I know now when I started training.
