Oh ok. I remember the guy at the bakey/deli calling it that. One of the cleanest food spots I ever been in but it was a while ago. It was delicious. Couldn't get enough.

It's good, but not close to as good as Puerto Rican chicharron on the island (especially in Bayamon) or even at cuchifrito spots on the mainland wherever Ricans stay.
