kashi crunch
large juice of kale, cucumber, celery, some fruit and protein powder

Not bad. Good looking out :salute:

I used to do the fat-free 0% yogurt but my trainer told me I need to up my calories/fat levels so I'm doing whole milk yogurt these days.

Kashi crunch and other cereals tastes better than muesli but I don't think they're healthier. Sometimes I splurge and buy organic granola.. shyt is so good

I typically drink Whole Food's Kale Yeah! fresh squeeze juice made from organic kale and pineapple. shyts good, but damn expensive. Like $5.99/16oz. Does celery have any nutrition? I thought it was like lettuce, mostly water and a filler.

Turkey egg and cheese on a kaiser roll and a coffee.

I've been staying away from breakfast sandwiches since I started eating better and exercising, but it's Friday and this is my guilty pleasure.
what is a good healthy alternative my friend?

Oatmeal?

I mean I have issues with bread. It's the main reason I'm overweight. So any time I can avoid it, that's a win for me in terms of healthier eating. And the cheese this morning didn't help. But I'm having a veggie salad for lunch and grilled chicken with peas and carrots for dinner so it won't be so bad today.

Sometimes I'll have a parfait for breakfast if I'm in a rush tho.
But having a tub of oatmeal to keep at the office helps my health and my wallet...not eating out and spending money.

Just water and sugar.
Sometimes if I am at home I'll use skim milk and a few drops of vanilla extract.
I don't buy blueberries often enough to have them with my oatmeal but that's a great addition.

Or sometimes I'll just use honey instead of sugar.
