I only run outside. When I'm not being lazy (as I have been lately since I'm on vacay) I do 2 miles in the morning before breakfast, 2 miles in the evening before dinner, 6 days a week. Now lately I've been doing 2 miles 3 times a weekrunning 3-4 miles

stationary bike
stepper
jump rope
boxing workouts

0 cardio. Just like the GOAT Zyzz

I basically have no idea what I'm doing outside of sprint/intervals. Anytime I try to run for distance I feel like a fat kid.
