Lately I've been running more at least once a week...especially after the fat ass friday meals i be eatin cause I usually take Friday off.

I started in June and used to be able to only run 8 minutes without getting all :deadrose:.

Last week I was running outside for a good 16 minutes and 30 seconds. Trying to be able to run a good 25 minutes straight eventually. :ehh: Didnt feel it too bad either. Went around the usual circuit in record timing and said fukk it...lets explore the neighborhood for some other joggers. :pachaha:

What yall cardio routines be lookin like? I'm also looking into skipping rope...my bro put me on. Distinguish between inside/outside though; for treadmill shyt...I heard them numbers are skewed :mjpls:.

My cardio is :flabbynsick: .

I can only run maybe a mile or so before I'm out of breath and have to stop, shyt's disgusting. But I've never had good endurance for whatever reason.

Don't really have a routine, I'll hit the gym maybe twice a week and just hop on the treadmill and run a mile, maybe two (though I'll stop between miles).

I run about 2 miles then do sprints.

I do ten 40 yard down and backs. down and back counts as 1....it gets tough but its a good work out.

i also play basketball as much as i can

3 days of lifting and 3 days of running/100 various pushups (at this point 3.88 mile route)

I'm going to add jumping rope before my Sunday run

Breh does treadmill really skew your actual results cuz I'm runnin 2 miles in 15 minutes on the treadmill.

I think its the hard ground or cement and outside air that affects peop
No clue but I've heard of ppl that kill the mill and are flappy outdoors. Track is different too

I've been running a mile or 1.5 mile every week. I need to run at least 3 times a week though.

i do 100 burpees 4 days a week.

i dont know if that counts for cardio but it kicks my ass after every session:why:
