Lately I've been running more at least once a week...especially after the fat ass friday meals i be eatin cause I usually take Friday off.
I started in June and used to be able to only run 8 minutes without getting all .
Last week I was running outside for a good 16 minutes and 30 seconds. Trying to be able to run a good 25 minutes straight eventually. Didnt feel it too bad either. Went around the usual circuit in record timing and said fukk it...lets explore the neighborhood for some other joggers.
What yall cardio routines be lookin like? I'm also looking into skipping rope...my bro put me on. Distinguish between inside/outside though; for treadmill shyt...I heard them numbers are skewed .
