It's not really that hard to eat for a week on $15 IMO. Maybe its because I mostly eat the same things everyday (and I am in KY)
Somewhat healthy $15 week if I want to keep it that low (Prices are local) - I am assuming you have spices and oil/butter

You can go even further and eliminate the chicken altogether and go with pasta/beans/milk/grains, but It's important to get that protein. I would normally suggest to skin the leg quarters as they are very fatty...but you need all you can intake in situations like THIS.
If you need salt/pepper/ketchup or whatever...go to your local fast food place and just jack packets after you finish using the restroom.
