What would even become of Charlotte in AEW?

She'd be the cornerstone of the division and probably in the 5 or so most pushed people in the company, man or woman.

She'd be pushed but i feel Dr. Britt and Thunder Rosa would still be there with her because of crowd reactions.

Both Britt and Thunder Rosa are super over for sure, but how much of that is because they're the best of an inferior crew? Neither are A players IMO, where as in WWE we've had at least three of them in the last 2-3 years in Charlotte, Becky, and Sasha, with a case maybe to be made for Asuka or Bayley.

Ruby Riott was unquestionably in the second tier of women in WWE as far as matches, promos, etc during her run there and she is right at the top of AEW from day 1

Thunder Rosa was already a big name on the women's circuit tho, before AEW; and that's without the WWE machine.

Also AEW woman roster in 2021 is different from AEW woman roster in 2019.

It’s in a good spot right now and not saying it’s the strongest, but RAW definitely doesn’t have the strongest roster of any fed right now outside of ROH

It's a toss up. Bayley's got a ton of friends over there, Sasha already asked Vince for her release so she could go to Japan once before so the concept of cross-promotion work would 100% interest her and Charlotte's husband is over there.

Only horsewomen I would bet on 100% not leaving is Becky (and Seth).
