Kang depends on how he's treated in the Ant Man movie. If he's not menacing and the original avengers are not in it, sh!t will be trash.

Would be a nice plot twist to say Kang was responsible for the X-men not showing up in the real MCU movies, Iron man's sacrifice, cap retiring, the young avengers and T'Challa's death by altering the timeline without their knowledge.
