did anyone ever fukking win on legend of the hidden temple? i dont think i ever saw anyone win. i havent seen the show since i was a kid but i could never understand wtf was the point of the game. the fact i didnt know much english didnt help either

I'm pretty sure the point was to just progress through the temple in the order they tell you and it allows you to "escape" the temple. The way you lost was those temple guards take you more than you have the tokens to free yourself or if you failed one of the obstacles/ran out of time.

You may be right, I also thought that they had guards in places if you tried to go the wrong way (say you went through a door you shouldn't have gone through) but I also thought I remembered those guards popping out randomly, even when you were going the right way. It definitely could be rigged too, but I remember plenty of people winning.

I was thirsty as fukk to be on Video Power. I would be up early on weekend watchin' it always wonderin' how kids got on there. The obstacle course where you had stick game boxes to you body and grab consoles etc. used to have me like

Man, I'm not gonna lie I wanted to be on just about every game show mentioned. From Jeopardy, Legends of the Hidden Temple, Double Dare, Nick Arcade, Video Power, Guts, The Price is Right, Press your Luck, American Gladiators. My favorite games on American Gladiators was Powerball and the one where you ran and tried to get across the goal line. Then you had to wrestle the gladiator out of the circle. I forgot the name of that one but MF's was getting their clocks cleaned.
