I remember with the PS you could create belts, save them on your memory card and then travel and defend them.

Me and my friends used to challenge each other for title shots and take each other’s belts!


I haven’t owned a wrestling game since WWE RAW 2

So I’m not even sure if you can do that on wrestling games anymore but that was a crazy feature

Raw 2 on X-Box

The only thing I remember was I had no idea what I was doing so I just ended up doing setting traps backstage. Also one of the features was that the wrestlers would make alliances and teams based on their personality types yet kept having Stone Cold and Shannon Moore as a team

I remember having raw one and renting raw 2 to finesse blockbuster with the switch lol I was like 12

back when I first got Nintendo. the game was already out a year beforehand, but I think its the last one they made for the system.

I had a Sega Genesis before PS1...and I don't remember any wrestling games for that joint

WWF had a new game on genesis every year thru 92-95.
WCW never dropped any tho.

but yea, that "wcw vs the world" on playstation SAVED the wrestling game genre, and doesn't get its credit.
