Shanny and Lynch get a C at the QB position. Jimmy ain't the answer and Mullens/Beathard are ass.
You know what you get with Jimmy. They're not going to get rid of him in the off-season, but they do need to address the backup qb position and get a qb that's going to push Jimmy. If that means drafting one high or signing a borderline starter (i.e. Andy Dalton), it's gotta be singing. This current qb situation cannot persist.
We also need to address the center and right guard positions. Either move McGlinchy to guard or get rid of him, but he cannot continue to play tackle. His pass blocking is a major liability.
We're also going to have to stay another receiver. As much as I want Jalen to work out, he's been injured the last 2 seasons. He's, so far, unreliable. I think Bourne had reached his ceiling, and honestly you can't expect much more from an UDFA.
The defense is the defense. They played a great game yesterday. Getting Bosa back will be paramount (obviously), but we'll n another reliable rusher.
This off-season the front office is going to earn it's money.
