This pretty much. There's a reason he left Hollywood to go boxing instead. He can't stand the industry so even when he came back it was always just a matter of time before he would be like 'fukk it' again.

I mean most actors hate how the industry is but he just quit and I can't respect that. Dude should have went on to have hugely successful career but he threw it away. because he has an ego too big to contain...What makes it worse not only did he get a second chance after The Wrestler but he lashes out at other actors for his failures and f-ck ups..
Denzel is in the same age bracket and feel how you want about him as far as his acting choices or movies go but you can't say he takes his position for granted. He's in his 60's and still taking on roles like a hungry young actor... while other once respected actors in his age or older are punching it in for movies to maintain their lifestyle
