Is the CX that much of an upgrade over the c9?

I know that one (c9) was pretty well recieved and has 2.1 HDMI as well

Warranty? Lol.. I bought a LG E8 oled when it first came out and declined any extra warranty. I'll just buy a new TV if anything happens. Technology ages fast.
