You won’t be playing anything on the Xbox or ps at 4k 120fps anyway. What’s the point? Y’all hooking these TVs up to y’all 3080s? Cause these next gen consoles won’t have games that can run at 120fps for a while if ever.

Y'all got me convinced on the LG CX, but I got 2 questions,

How good is it in bright rooms? I ain't tryna sit in a dark room just to enjoy the TV. It'll definitely be for gaming

Should I wait till Black Friday? I seen a 48 but it's the same price as the 55:stopitslime:

Bright rooms - This is the one area top LCDs have some advantage. I have zero problems, and my 4 year old model is less bright than new ones. I hate light coming in while watching movies or gaming, so I have blackout curtains, but it was cool before I got them, as long as sunlight isn't directly shining on it. They're is a bri1ght room mode for this.

Black Friday - These don't go in sale, as they're flagship. If you insist on buy from a brick and mortar store, Costco's sale starting tomorrow is probably your best bet. Or, buy from somewhere that will give you back and price drops. As always, I suggest shopping online for better prices.

Brehs with the CX...I’m looking at getting the 55” from Costco (upcoming $1350 price)...

The TV seems rather low on the stand...have y’all had any issues with placing a soundbar in front of the tv?

Online. I got mine from Cleveland AV. I told them about the Costco deal and they beat it.
