my work schedule just recently changed to 10pm-6am, I havent been to the gym since the summer and plan on starting tomorrow morning when I get off, so I will be hitting the gym at around 7am for the next 6 months until my schedule changes again
I always get to the gym about an hour before it closes.. for me i like an empty or so gym so i dont ever have to wait for equipment.. and going to the gym a few hours before im going to bed i feel makes me sleep easier..
but i also like morning workouts cause you get them over with.
I used to go at night but I moved so I'm not close to my gym anymore but work wise I'm still close to my gym so I'm going right after work now, get to the gym between 4:30-4:50
Between 12am-1am for my weightlifting days, anytime for my Cadio days
Like everyone I hate going in a crowded gym, people hogging weights & machines ain't the business. For Cadio I go anytime, so many free Cadio machines n ppl are lazy to go on Cadio machines
