i feel the opposite, working out at the beginning of the day just gives me that juice and elevates my mood. i know whatever lies ahead, does or doesn't get done, i accomplished that one thing. plus the freedom to make plans/kick it/go with the flow after work >>>> *I'm gonna start shooting for 5:30 so that I can do some morning prep. I actually prefer working out after work as it helps me take off the stress of the day.
Pro tip: head straight to the gym from work, it'll be easier than going home then heading back out. Once you go home it's a wrap.
